Adult Internet:
• Customers may sign up for two (2) one hour sessions per day.
• If there is no one waiting to use the Internet, customers may be allowed to stay on longer than the time allotment above-described.
• Each branch will determine whether to count customer sign ups by session or hour. For example, at branch A, a customer may sign up, stay on 1 hour, plus additional time, until someone is waiting, and then sign up for a second session that may also last at least one hour, but perhaps more. At branch B, a customer may sign up for 1 hour and, when that hour is up, use their second session to stay on another hour, or longer if no one is waiting.
Express Internet:
• For the branches offering a 15 minute express e-mail computer, customers may sign up for two (2) express e-mail sessions per day.
• Each branch should decide whether to allow customers to sign up twice for both Adult and Express Internet in the same day, or whether they may sign up for one or the other (sign up for Adult or Express Internet, but not both in the same day).
• Each branch will determine whether to allow customers to stay on longer than 15 minutes if no one is waiting.
CX Internet:
• Limit of two 30-minute sessions per day. If there is no one waiting to use the Internet, the child may be allowed to stay on longer. Final sign up time:
• Customers may sign up for Internet until 15 minutes to closing. Computers are turned off:
• According to individual branch procedure.
